Interstate Capital Corp. (“ICC”) is a factoring company that was founded over 16 years ago in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. ICC’s executive management team includes two individuals with more than 60 years of combined experience in the finance industry. ICC’s operations management team is headed by two individuals with more than 20 years of combined experience in factoring operations management with ICC.

We have factored thousands of companies and several billion dollars in invoices since opening our doors 16 years ago. We have had firsthand experience collecting from approximately 15,000 freight brokers and other companies to whom our clients have sold goods or services. This firsthand collection experience and access to credit reporting bureaus allows us to provide fast turnaround on incoming credit requests.
Unlike many of our peers in the factoring industry, ICC employees a staff of collections professionals to keep average collection days as low as possible. We have a fully staffed credit department that assists clients in making prudent credit decisions, and we employ a state-of-the-art credit inquiry system that allows our clients to receive answers to their credit inquiries within minutes. Through eFactor, our online reporting system, our clients submit invoice information today and receive funds electronically tomorrow.
ICC and its affiliates employ approximately 50 full-time financing professionals to service an international client base. ICC employs its own capital in the ongoing purchase of its clients’ invoices. We do not rely on outside investors or bank loans to any significant extent, so we make decisions quickly, decisively and without outside interference.
