Formed in 1993 in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, Interstate Capital originally focused its factoring business in the apparel and “Maquiladora” industries in the US-Mexico border states. Interstate Capital expanded in the mid-1990s throughout North America into the transportation, manufacturing/wholesaling, and staffing industries.
Interstate Capital has successfully funded over 4,000 motor carriers, manufacturers, and service businesses for over 17 years. With locations and personnel in California, Texas, New Mexico, and Ontario (CA), Interstate Capital purchases $400 million dollars of invoices annually from clients located throughout North America.

ICC and its affiliates employ approximately 50 full-time financing professionals to service an international client base. ICC employs its own capital in the ongoing purchase of its clients’ invoices. We do not rely on outside investors or bank loans to any significant extent, so we make decisions quickly, decisively and without outside interference.
