Interstate Capital Corporation is comprised of fifty dedicated associates committed to providing each and every client with fast, dependable, and flexible funding options. The highest ethical principles underlie all of our business relationships with clients, vendors, employees, business partners and communities. ICC is a member of the International Factoring Association, an industry trade group whose members adhere to a strict code of ethics.

From modest beginnings, with one employee and no clients, Interstate Capital Corporation has signed over 1,000 clients to date. We purchase over a quarter billion dollars per year of invoices from clients throughout North America. Using state-of-the-art technology and a personal approach, ICC has erased all geographic boundaries.

Interstate Capital Corporation is an affiliate of American Finance and Investment Company, Inc. (AFIC), a Texas-based finance company with a track record of over fifty years. Tony Furman, President, and Cliff Eisenberg, CEO, co-founded ICC in 1993. Louis Cohen, our Vice President has over ten years experience as head of Operations. Together our executive management team has the depth, integrity, and experience to ensure each client feels as if they are our only client.
