How does Factoring With Interstate Capital Work?

Taking advantage of the services ICC can provide to you is quick and easy. All you have to do is register online to become an ICC client. Once you have applied, an account manager will be assigned to you to get you started. We will then assign to you a collection specialist, who, together with your account manager, will complete your ICC customer service team.

Once you have registered to become an ICC client and have been assigned an account representative, your factoring experience will be relatively simple.

This is how it works:

1. ICC will advance you a large percentage of your invoice amount within 24 hours of the invoice date.
2. The account debtor (your customer) is put on notice that payment must be remitted to ICC.
3. Upon receipt of payment, ICC disburses to you the balance of the invoice amount not initially advanced, minus our discount fee.

As an ICC client, you:

• Will be able to establish and access credit limits for your customers via Internet.


• Can deliver invoices to ICC via fax, overnight courier or email.


• May designate how you want to receive your funds (i.e. wire transfer, Federal Express®, or U.S. Mail).


• Will work as a partner with your collection specialist to maintain status of your customers' payments.


• Will be able to track the status of your invoices and payments via Internet through
