What do you think of Interstate Capital? How are we doing? Your candid and confidential perspectives on the company, your account manager, and your experiences are openly welcomed at any time. Your feedback is so important to Tony Furman, president of Interstate Capital, that the company includes a Customer Care Team that is entrusted with collecting and acting on confidential comments and concerns from clients like you.


While you can call or email us whenever you want to share your opinion, we take an extra step to ensure you keep us informed about your experience at Interstate Capital, whether you are satisfied or dissatisfied.

On a regular basis, up to four times a year, you will receive a Customer Care survey by email, asking you to give us your thoughts, whether they are positive or negative.  This is a very quick and simple survey that will take you less than a minute to complete and you are free to add any comments. We simply ask that you rate your Account Manager as well as Interstate Capital as a company.

By taking a minute of your time to fill out this survey, you help us better serve you. We take each response from every client very seriously. If you are not satisfied for any given reason, management will give you a call and work on a solution pronto!

So … whenever you see an email from Interstate Capital with the subject line “One Important Question, Please Reply,” please open it and respond! Again, it is super quick, and your feedback is so very important to us.
