Promoting from within and professional development are key Interstate Capital Corporation human resources objectives. Many individuals in leadership positions at the company today began in administrative support positions.  Most recently, Sergio Lopez, who began in the mailroom at Interstate Capital’s Santa Teresa, NM, headquarters in 2008, has been appointed to manage Interstate’s large support team.  Krista Anderson, hired in 2014 as a an invoice review specialist, is the new manager of Interstate Capital’s operations center in our El Paso, TX, office.

Interstate Capital management encourages professional development for our staff.  Last week, a management training consultant who leads national human resources training sessions conducted onsite management training for a dozen Interstate Capital managers.  A series of advanced Excel training classes will be conducted onsite this summer to give associates further career advancement opportunities.
